The Impossible Burger 2.0
We’ve got huge news… at all 3 of our Richmond-area restaurants, we’re now serving the next generation of the amazing Impossible Burger… the Impossible Burger 2.0!
For those who don’t know, the Impossible Burger took the world by storm a few years ago. Most of you have had a vegetable/vegan alternative to meat at some point, and for most, it just doesn’t hit the spot like a juicy beef burger does. Impossible Foods, creator of the Impossible Burger, sought to change that! Without getting too technical, the folks at IF found the substances that make meat behave like meat – and found a way to produce them from plants.
The end result? A vegan burger that was juicy, meaty, pink on the inside and with a taste unlike any alternative patty you’ve ever had before! Making this “burger” requires, 95% less land, 74% less water, and emits 87% less greenhouse gas than making a ground beef burger patty – with great health benefits, too.
The folks at Impossible Foods didn’t stop there though – they knew that they could continue to improve on the recipe – in flavor, in availability, and in their own efficiency. And here we are… at the Impossible Burger 2.0! An even juicier, more flavorful, even-closer-to-the-real-thing burger alternative. Not to mention, the Impossible Burger 2.0 is now GLUTEN FREE!
